The livery horses are stabled in luxurious boxes. Each box is 3 by 4 metres with a window to the side of the corridor and one to the outside, so there is always enough light and air. Every year the stables are cleaned with hot water and desinfected. The stables are mucked out every second day. To meet the needs of our horses, we feed in small amounts, 3 times a day hard feed and 3 times a day roughage. The hard feed consists of basic pellets, sportsmix, oats, carrots and barley based on the work that is expected from the horse. The roughage consists of straw, hay,silage and is grown by ourselves so the quality is guaranteed. “Rozendaal Stable” has 8ha of fields available where the horses can exercise every day. The fields are made equal on a regular base and fertilized when necessary.
The clients are allowed to use the schools daily. The indoor and outdoor arena have a size of 20×60 m and the surface covering is made up of geotextile material. The schools are made equal two or three times a week or/and irrigated and every year leveled by a lazer. Mirrors and a sprinkler system are installed. Individual riders and clubs are welcome to hire the school.
Our horses are dewormed every three months, vaccinated every six months and the dental check-up happens annually.
People who prefer to work their horses in freedom or on the lunge can use the round pen from 20 by 30 m and fenced with Beoband.
When the weather conditions are very bad, the horses scan exercise in the indoor treadmill.
Every client gets a big locker where they can store their tack.
The entire complex is under camera surveillance as well as the arenas, the boxes and the fields. In the summer the stable is protected from flies and insects by an anti-insect system.
